Graffiti Removal for Construction Companies & Property Developers
Clean hoardings and façades before the dates that matter. We work with construction companies and property developers across Greater Manchester and Cheshire, clearing graffiti from sites, hoardings and completed elevations ahead of inspections, handovers, viewings and launches.
On a construction or development site, graffiti is a scheduling problem before it is an appearance problem. A tagged hoarding on the week of a client visit, a covered gable end days before practical completion, an entrance elevation marked up the night before a sales launch — in each case the issue is not really the paint, it is the date sitting immediately behind it. Milestones do not move because a wall got tagged, so the cleaning has to happen inside a window that is often measured in hours.
No Graffiti works with contractors and developers across Greater Manchester and Cheshire on exactly that basis. We mobilise quickly, work to your site rules and RAMS, and plan the method around the deadline rather than pretending the deadline is flexible. The aim is straightforward: the site looks how it should on the day that matters.
Hoardings are your branding, and they are a target
A development hoarding is a large, flat, well-lit surface at street level, usually carrying the developer's name and often a set of CGIs promising something better than what is there now. That combination makes it one of the most reliably tagged surfaces in any town centre. It is also, unfortunately, one of the most visible — passers-by read the hoarding as a statement about the quality of the scheme long before there is a building to judge.
Because hoardings are flat and accessible, they are also the easiest thing to protect properly. Coating a hoarding at the point it goes up is far cheaper than cleaning it repeatedly for the eighteen months it stands there, and it keeps the branding legible rather than progressively patchier with each clean.

Working to a fixed date
Practical completion, a handover inspection, an investor visit, a marketing shoot, a sales launch — these dates are set well in advance and rarely move. When graffiti appears close to one, the useful question is not "how long does this normally take" but "what can be finished properly by Thursday morning". Some methods give the best possible finish but need dwell time or drying time that a compressed window does not allow, so we pick the approach that will actually be complete and presentable when the visitor arrives.
Tell us the deadline when you first call, not once we are on site. It changes which method is the right one, and occasionally it changes whether we should be doing the job at all that week.

Tell us the date and what needs clearing, and we will confirm quickly whether we can have it finished in time.
What we clear on live and completed sites
Development sites generate a wider mix of exterior cleaning than most people expect:
- Hoardings, site fencing and welfare units cleared of tags, stickers and fly-posting.
- Completed façades and elevations cleaned back before handover, inspection or marketing photography.
- Site perimeters, footpaths and car parks washed down so the approach looks finished rather than under construction.
- Anti-graffiti coatings on hoardings and vulnerable elevations, applied once to save cleaning repeatedly.
Vacant plots, empty units and buyer confidence
The riskiest period for a development is often after the trades have left and before it is occupied. An empty building with no lights on and nobody watching gets targeted quickly, and graffiti on a newly completed scheme does disproportionate damage — it tells a prospective buyer or tenant that the area is not safe and that the developer is no longer paying attention. That impression is expensive to correct once formed, and it directly affects what people are willing to pay.
Keeping vacant phases clean through to occupation protects the value you have just built. We can attend reactively or work to a scheduled visit through the marketing period, and we bill against your purchase order or project reference so costs land correctly on the job. We are fully insured, hold CHAS accreditation, and work out of Macclesfield across Greater Manchester and Cheshire East — see the areas we cover page.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you attend before a handover or client visit at short notice?
Yes — that is most of what this work is. Tell us the date and we will tell you honestly whether we can hit it before you commit to anything. Where a deadline is genuinely fixed, we will plan the method around the time available rather than the other way round.
Do you provide RAMS and work to our site rules?
Yes. Site-specific risk assessments and method statements are supplied before we mobilise, our operatives work to your induction and PPE requirements, and we hold CHAS accreditation with full insurance.
Our hoarding keeps getting tagged — is there anything better than repeat cleaning?
Yes. Hoardings are ideal candidates for an anti-graffiti coating because they are flat, accessible and predictable. Once coated, tags lift off far more quickly, so the branding stays presentable for the life of the project without a full clean every time.
