Graffiti on transport infrastructure is a different problem from graffiti on a wall. The asset is usually in constant use, often in a live operational environment, and frequently in a place where the only safe time to work is the middle of the night. Passenger perception is the real asset

Passengers form a judgement about safety and reliability long before a vehicle arrives. A shelter covered in tags, an underpass nobody wants to walk through, a station entrance with stickers over the signage — these shape whether people feel comfortable using the network, particularly after dark and particularly for passengers travelling alone. That perception feeds directly into complaints, into the operator's reputation and, over time, into use of the service.

Removing graffiti quickly interrupts that cycle in two ways. The obvious one is appearance. The less obvious one is deterrence: sites that are cleaned promptly and consistently attract markedly less repeat tagging than sites where graffiti visibly survives, because visible neglect is itself an invitation. Speed is not cosmetic — it is the cheapest form of prevention available.

Working inside your operational window

Most transport work happens when the network is quiet. We plan around the window you can give us — overnight, before first service, during a closure or inside a possession — and we resource the job to finish inside it rather than leaving equipment on site and coming back. Where an asset has to be handed back for service at a fixed time, that time drives the method we choose: some approaches give a better finish but need longer dwell or drying, and it is better to pick the one that fits the window than to run out of it.

The assets we clean

Transport and highways environments throw up almost every surface type there is, often on the same site:

Support for principal contractors

A significant part of this work comes to us through the contractors who hold the maintenance contract rather than the operator directly. If you are the principal contractor, graffiti removal may be a small clause in a much larger agreement — genuinely required, but not something you would staff or equip for. Rather than divert core maintenance crews onto specialist cleaning, contractors use us as regional capacity that fits into the arrangements already in place: your instruction process, your service standards, your job references, your reporting.
